On behalf of every Member of Melksham Baptist Church, and every member of the congregation, we welcome you to Melksham Baptist Church's website.
We hope you will learn much of our Church, as you go through our various web pages, and that you may indeed like to come and visit our Church - you will be made very welcome.

We meet each Sunday at 10.30am with refreshments after.

Kids church
Kids church is run for our younger members of the Church family. We are really passionate about raising young men and women of faith, who firmly know, who they are, in Christ who gives us strength. (Philippians 4; 13)
All are welcome from ages 0-18 and our leaders have been DBS checked. Parents are welcome to either join back in the main service or stay out with the child(s) if preferred. We will do our best to teach and encourage them in their faith journey and discover who God is. We aim to always have fun and start with a drink and snack. Please inform us of any medical needs of allergies.
Communion
The first and third Sunday of each month, as part of the service, we share in communion together. Communion reminds us of Jesus’ sacrifice for us, by dying on a cross and then coming back to life on the third day. All who believe and follow our Lord Jesus Christ are welcome to join with us in taking communion and if you are not yet sure of your thoughts and/or beliefs there is no pressure to have communion, just pass it along and if you’d like, we will pray a blessing for you.
Prayer meeting.
Currently, the last Tuesday of each month we meet to pray from 7.15pm-8pm. It is great to do this as it encourages us in so many ways.
We know from Matthew 18: 20, ‘For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.’ Therefore, we value meeting together to pray for our world, our country, our town, our church and ourselves. We’d love for you to join us too and not to miss this great time of fellowship and sharing in our amazing Saviour together.
